These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using the App provided by Yulia Tachikawa (“we” or “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all matters between us and users regarding the use of the App.
2. Accounts
You can use the App by creating an account with your email address and a password.
You are responsible for managing your account. You may not let anyone else use, borrow, or take over your account.
3. In-App Coins
Coins in the App are virtual points you earn through daily login bonuses, achievements, and similar features. They can only be used inside the App.
Coins cannot be bought with real money and cannot be exchanged for money or anything else of value.
If you delete your account, your coins and any items obtained with them will be lost.
4. Prohibited Conduct
When using the App, you may not:
Break the law or act against public order and morals
Infringe the rights of us or others (including intellectual property and privacy)
Access the App’s servers or network without permission, or put excessive load on them
Interfere with the operation of the App, or do anything else we consider inappropriate
5. Intellectual Property and Unofficial App Notice
The App is not officially provided, approved, or endorsed by Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or their affiliates. The App is an unofficial fan app and has no connection with these companies.
“Minecraft” is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB / Microsoft Corporation. All product names, service names, and trademarks mentioned in the App belong to their respective owners.
Intellectual property rights in the App itself and in the content we create belong to us or their rightful owners.
6. Content You Create
You own the rights to the data you create or register in the App (world names, coordinates, builds and blueprints, logs, images, etc.).
We store and process this data only as needed to provide, maintain, and improve the App. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to or Suspension of the Service
We may change the App, or suspend or end its service, without prior notice. We are not responsible for any damage this causes to users.
8. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that the App is free from defects in fact or in law (including safety, accuracy, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose).
We are not responsible for damage caused to users by using the App, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence.
You are responsible for backing up your own data.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may change these Terms without notice when we consider it necessary. If you continue to use the App after changes, you agree to the updated Terms.
These Terms are available in Japanese and English. If there is any difference between the two, the Japanese version prevails.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute between us and a user regarding the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location.
